1. Before you make your reservation online, please be sure that you've read our DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
2. Go to inquiry page and fill the form then click on send request button.
3. You will get an auto reply message from us to confirm that we receive your request.
4. You will get an email from us within 48 hours to inform you about availability, total costs and the amount of the deposit.
5. If you wish to confirm, we need deposit as informed in the email within 3 days to secure your booking.
6. To pay the deposit follow the link in our email where you can pay by your creditcard. After receiving the deposit your booking will be confirmed and secured.
7. After receiving the deposit you will get a booking confirmation email from us stating all your booking details. Please make sure that all information is correct. If not, let us know as soon as possible at
8. Print out the confirmation email with all booking details and present this on arrival at our resort as they are your proof of pre-payment.
